The Jackson Street Apartments project is a 4-story, 75-unit apartment building with 4,700 square feet of retail and parking for 23 vehicles. Start of construction was March 1 2019 and was completed July 20 2020.

This project is now home to a new Broadcast Coffee cafe, roastery, and bakery as well as Oaky’s Tex-Mex (from the same owner’s as Woodshop BBQ).
